Shipping & Returns

Before the first release

Cossatot objects are in development and are not currently offered for purchase. Product-specific availability, shipping destinations, costs, and estimated dispatch timing will be shown before an order is placed.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address confirmed at checkout. Tracking will be provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or address restrictions.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, we will provide the options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised date or receiving a prompt refund.

Returns

Unless a product page states otherwise, unused standard items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Personalized, made-to-order, used, altered, or final-sale items are not returnable except where required by law.

Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damage, defects, and missing orders

Inspect the shipment on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us promptly with the order number, packaging details, and photographs when applicable. We will evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate repair, replacement, claim, or refund path.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Financial institutions may need additional time to post a completed refund.
